Representatives from an x-ray optics company recently spoke to Albany Law students about establishing business entities in China.

Jeff Klembczyk, the general counsel for X-Ray Optical Systems, Inc. (XOS), and Nicholas Abdo, XOS director of human resources, visited the combined business organizations classes of Professor James Gathii and Professor James Redwood to discuss the company's experience opening a subsidiary in China, as well as related areas of law.

XOS, based in East Greenbush, N.Y., develops and manufactures analysis equipment that, among other uses, measures contaminants in petroleum for oil refineries.
