Albany Law School will delay opening until 11am due to the weather.
The Albany Government Law Review (AGLR) is one of a small number of publications recently selected by LexisNexis to be included in its database of more than 45,000 legal, news and business sources commonly used by law schools, law firms, corporations, government agencies and other organizations.
The first two volumes of the AGLR are already available on LexisNexis, with the third and most recent volume to be posted online in the near future.
Each year, LexisNexis chooses a select few publications from a lengthy waiting list to be included in its database. The editors of the AGLR said that they hope this selection will bolster the Albany Government Law Review's reputation as an emerging authority on contemporary law and public policy issues, while also making it more readily available to students, scholars and practitioners nationwide.
The AGLR, published twice each year, is a student-edited law review, publishing articles on a variety of issues relating to legal aspects of government and public policy.
Professor Patricia Salkin, an Associate Dean and the Raymond and Ella Smith Distinguished Professor of Law, and Director of the Government Law Center at Albany Law School, and Professor Paul Finkelman, the President William McKinley Distinguished Professor of Law & Public Policy at Albany Law School, serve as the publication's faculty advisors.
