Investigating the Investigatory Agencies:How Many Investigatory Commissions Are Enough?
The event will take place on May 19 at 8 a.m. at the New York State Capitol Building in Albany.
Participants include E. Stewart Jones, Jr. Esq., E. Stewart Jones Law Firm, PLLC and Chairman of Albany Law School's Board of Trustees; John Poklemba, Esq., Poklemba & Hobbs, LLC, and former State Director of Criminal Justice and Commissioner, Division of Criminal Justice Services; Joseph Spinelli, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, Daylight Forensic and Advisory, and former New York State Inspector General; and Richard Rifkin, Esq., Special Counsel, New York State Bar Association, and former Special Counsel to Governors Paterson and Spitzer; with Karl Sleight, Harris Beach PLLC, former Executive Director of the New York State Ethics Commission, as moderator.
Named in honor of former Senate Majority Leader Warren M. Anderson, a distinguished graduate of Albany Law School, the programs are free of charge, and complimentary Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits are available for attorneys who attend.
