Ronald Weiss '80, a partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, is the 2007 Alumnus in Residence. Weiss will present "Estate Planning in the Real World" twice, at 2 p.m. and 3 p.m., on Wednesday, March 21, 2007. A brief reception will follow at 4 p.m.
Weiss, who joined the firm in 1995, is a partner with Skadden, Arps' Trusts and Estates Group. Prior, he was counsel at a major international law firm.
A member of the class of 1980, Weiss was valedictorian and Notes and Comments Editor of the
Albany Law Review.
The Alumni in Residence program, created in 1995, was designed to bring distinguished alumni back to Albany Law School to demonstrate to our students the power and possibilities associated with an Albany Law degree.
