Protecting children from online predators will be addressed at this month's Warren M. Anderson Legislative Breakfast Seminar Series.
David Fallon, a special agent for FBI Albany's Capital Region Cyber Predator Task Force, will present, "Protecting Children from Predators: Options for Statutory Reforms," on Tuesday, April 24 at 8 a.m. in the Assembly Parlor at the Capitol. Honorary co-hosts include Senator Joseph Bruno, Senator Malcolm Smith, Assemblyman James Tedisco and Assemblyman Sheldon Silver.
The Warren M. Anderson Legislative Breakfast Seminar Series lectures are held monthly from February through May. Each seminar features experts who address legal aspects of a policy issue pending before the New York State Legislature. Warren M. Anderson is a distinguished alumnus of Albany Law School and an active member of the Government Law Center Advisory Board. Having served in the New York State Senate for 35 years, he is known for his leadership during his tenure as President Pro Tem and Majority Leader from 1973 to 1988. Anderson is currently practicing law at the law firm of Hinman, Howard & Kattell.
